Bisonte Blanco is a private real estate development company being organized in East Texas.
Bisonte blanco means white bison in Spanish. White bison are very rare, but do exist.
It has recently been estimated that approximately one in ten million bison is
born a white bison. Our mission is to operate at that same level of rarity, with iconic real estate developments that bring a high level of value for regions and communities.
Bisonte Blanco is in the early planning stages of multiple real estate development projects, being organized to be carried out in three phases.

Phase III is to be a multi-thousand acre working cattle ranch and/or farm acquisition, followed by a subsequent redevelopment and repurposing that integrates cattle ranching and raising of exotic meats where that meets regenerative biodynamic farming & rotation techniques. The target property being sought is to include mineral rights and the ability to build out a geothermal power plant, geothermal powered and cooled data center, large scale geothermal powered and temperature regulated greenhouse array, high end recording studios and sound stage operations, a world class equestrian center, full scale hospitality operation, followed by a large scale family entertainment center, shopping center and housing developments.
